Being a S-C Profile
After reflecting on the Personal Profile System, I think it accurately describe how I management style pretty well. I am a S-C profile which stands for Steadiness and Conscientiousness. This means that there is "Emphasis on cooperating with others to carry out task." and "Emphasis is on working conscientiously within existing circumstances to ensure quality and accuracy." I think of myself as a team player event though I have more power than the other person. I certainly take others into consideration when working on a task. I am also a person that ensures great quality and accuracy when given a task. I am the kind of person that like to maintain a status quo. I am working on trying to gain the qualities of a D. This just means that I want to be more firm with others. I think this personal profile system does help with personal interactions because everyone has a different style of managing. It helps us to sympathize with others when we have to work with people we don't necessarily agree with their ideas.

I think you are very much a team player too. You cooperated with everyone in our team when we did the Jell-o project and it was just an overall pleasant experience having someone new in our group. You gave input as a team player, not directly leading others, but doing what needed to be done and giving ideas that other could bounce off of. I had fun working with you for that assignment!
I did test that it says I’m D-S type person. I think the test got it partly right about me. After took this test, I will follow the result to improve my weakness, since I hope to be the C type person.
Even though we don't have much time to know each other, I think that you are the person can easily cooperate with others. I agree the test could help us in working environment. It is better to know about other people's personality in other to cooperate with them.
I think this test reveals some psychological characteristics which are in our DNA and it's almost impossible to change it. And every category has it's advantages. So I would rather work on them rather then trying to to gain the qualities of other category. It's great to be any type.
You have the same type as mine. I think we are very alike but I'm satisfied with what I am. Every group need different type of people. Too many D type won't work well too many S type also can't work out. I just want to get work done, don't necessary to be a leader.
